| Lead Trainer | Sara is responsible for developing and leading Fitness classes. Sara develops advertising materials (print, video,and audio media), administers the website, and schedules classes. | Sara is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor with extra training in Water Aerobics and Zumba. She has many years of experience working with varied populations, and loves to use different types of music and movement to keep things interesting. Sara also owns a performing arts studio and enjoys incorporating dance and "singing along to the music" into her fitness classes |

| Health Educator | Erika is a Certified Health Education Specialist and a Certified Family Life Educator. She has a Masters of Public Health in Community Health Education. She is responsible for writing the monthly newsletters, updating website with health information, and organizes the nutrition classes and workshops. You may even see her leading a walking group around Loudon and Monroe Counties. |

In addition to being a Get Wit It Trainer, Joanna is responsible for Community Communications, developing relationships with area organizations for program collaboration and sponsorships | Joanna is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with more than four years experience in health and fitness education. In addition to being a Get Wit It Trainer, Joanna is responsible for Community Communications, developing relationships with area organizations for program collaboration and sponsorships. Joanna enjoys personal instruction in strength training, specifically core stability training- abs, hips, and back muscles - to improve overall balance and physical performance. |
