Tips for using the calendar below:
1) Select a class or event you would like to attend (for example: Body Sculpting, Water Aerobics, Yoga, Walking, Fit & Tone, Weight Training, Zumba, Cooking class, or other special event/celebration).
3) If you are looking for events happening next month, use the drop down box to change the month. Or if you are looking for events/classes that are happening the current month, then don't change the calendar. It should already show the current month.
*you can also print a copy of the schedules. Just click on the "Print a Schedule" listed on the left side of our website and select the schedule you are looking for. Remember: Loudon and Monroe County Fitness Schedules are different!
